If it ain’t broke don’t fix it must have been the phrase of the day when Toshiba’s engineers gave the company’s $1,599 Kirabook Ultrabook luxury laptop its latest update, as the newest incarnation of the company’s top-end laptop differs in only one respect from the original that was introduced in 2013.
However, the company’s reasoning behind keeping the status quo is sound as the new Kirabook contains just about all the computer power that can be packed into a device that weighs just under 3 pounds.
The latest generation Kirabook is currently on sale direct from Toshiba and Amazon.
